On October 12, 2022, a grand event was organized in the auditorium of the Geeta Research Institute and Rasleela Academy with the support of GLA University. The event included the Lokaparna book launch program, artist felicitation, and painting exhibition. In the Lokaparna program, the book "Ras ka Kramik Vikas" by Vrindavan's literary figure, Mr. Kapil Dev Upadhyay, and the book "Man Upvan ki Tulsi" by Dr. Anita Chaudhary, a literary figure from Mathura, were launched by Mr. Nagendra Pratap, CEO of UP Braj Tirth Vikas Parishad, GLA University Chancellor Mr. Narayan Das Agrawal, Sant Swami Maheshanand Ji, and Bhagwatacharya Shri Achyutlal Bhatt. Both authors had previously published books as well. They were both honored on stage.
In the auditorium, two painting exhibitions were displayed. The first exhibition featured a collage by Ms. Uma Sharma, a resident of Mathura, and the second exhibition was a devotional painting exhibition by Mr. Lakshmi Narayan Tiwari, the secretary of the Braj Culture Research Institute. Both exhibitions were organized for one month. The artists who participated in the joint festival were also awarded certificates of appreciation and honored during the event. All these artists had prepared paintings for the joint festival held from September 18 to 25 at the Ras Khan Samadhi.
