Geeta Granthalaya (library) and reading room are operated in Geeta Shodh Sansthan and Rasleela Academy building. The main objective of establishing Geeta Shodh Sansthan is the project of detailed study, research and propagation of Geeta which teaches the lessons of devotion, knowledge and action. There is Geeta Granthalaya (library) and reading room on the ground floor of the building. In this, different books on Geeta from many authors and publishers are available. Apart from this, there are also books and religious literature written by various authors on the culture, art and genre of Braj. Many books written on social subjects, biographies of many great men etc. are also kept in the library. The responsibility of providing literature for the library and publishing literature for Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad is being done by Vani Prakashan, New Delhi. The Council has an MOU (agreement) with this 60 year old prestigious publishing group.

On August 08, 2023, under the direction of Chief Executive Officer Shri Nagendra Pratap ji, an MOU was signed at the UP Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad building between the Council and Bhakti Vedanta Research Center, Pune, to pursue the study, research, writing and educational activities of Geeta. Bhakti Vedanta Research Center Pune in the meeting organized for MoU Officer 01-Dr. Kondiram Dhumal 2. Dr. Janardan Chitode 3. Shri. Sanjay Bhosale 4. Apart from the Chief Executive Officer, Bhushan Kumar Chaudhari and Deputy Chief Executive in the meeting of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad. Officer Mr. J.P. Pandey, Braj culture expert Dr. Umesh Chandra Sharma, Assistant Engineer Mr. R.P. Singh Yadav, Coordinator of Geeta Research Institute Vrindavan Chandra Pratap Singh Sikarwar were present.

On June 12, 2023, an MoU (agreement) has been signed between Bhatkhande Culture University, Lucknow under the Culture Department of Uttar Pradesh Government and Geeta Shodh Sansthan and Rasleela Academy, Vrindavan under UP Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad. Under this MOU, Rasleela Study Center has been opened in Geeta Research Institute and Rasleela Academy. A one year certificate course has been started in this. Nagendra Pratap ji, CEO of Uttar Pradesh Braj Teerth Vikas Parishad, has played an important role in this. This MoU took place in the presence of Vice Chancellor Professor Mandvi Singh at Bhatkhande Sanskriti University, Lucknow. Braj culture expert Dr. Umesh Chandra Sharma and coordinator of Geeta Shodh Sansthan Chandra Pratap Singh Sikarwar on behalf of Uttar Pradesh Teerth Vikas Parishad and Registrar Dr. Srishti Duhan PCS, Head of Department of Music Gyanendra Vajpayee and Dr. Seema Bhardwaj signed this MoU on behalf of the University.
